Have you ever thought about working in a restaurant kitchen, learning about food and ingredients and how to put dishes together in the faced-paced environment of a busy restaurant kitchen? If you are interested in food, if you like the idea of working together with a team of chefs, if you want to have the opportunity of climbing the chef career ladder and learning what it takes to be in charge of a busy restaurant kitchen, then we are offering an opportunity to do all of this.

YOU

You might have worked in a fast food chain, in a cafe, perhaps you have never worked in a kitchen but you would like to get a bit more serious about food, or you might be interested in cooking but have never pursued this as a career. The kitchen team at Bistrotheque is small and the kitchen is open plan so you can see the whole restaurant while you work and learn.

US

We are open for dinner only from Monday to Friday. At the weekend we are open for brunch and dinner. The restaurant is 5 minutes walk from Cambridge Heath overground station and 8 minutes walk from Bethnal Green tube. Hackney is a quick bus trip away.
