The Role
Are you a chef that enjoys the fast pace of service? Does the thought of training and developing within a small team float your boat? If so, we need you to be part of our kitchen team at Bistrotheque in Bethnal Green. We aim for high quality and consistency in high volume so this should be your comfort zone

We want our Chefs to share our pride in trying to get it right every time and we want you to demonstrate cooking skills and product knowledge which inspires the junior team and we want to teach you new skills so you can take the next step in your career. It's a two-way street.

We encourage and train our kitchen team in costing and stock control to make you as effective as possible. We encourage you to lead the training of junior team members and to see the potential in people.

Rate of between £10 to £13 per hour (hourly rate includes a share of tronc) Immediate start, or to be negotiated
