We believe in a productive time at work, a busy 48 hour week with a decent and fixed hourly rate and three consecutive days off **every** week.
Time Allocation Per Week:
4 days on, 3 consecutive days off
48 hours per week, with extra hours by mutual arrangement and paid at the same rate.
Guaranteed rate per hour: £12.50
